The mission of the Rural Strong Network is to strengthen our communities, advance democratic values and make government work. We strive to enhance the lives of rural Americans by building a national brand and framework that allows those who share democratic values to be seen and to stand up for our communities.

Polarizing partisan politics has cost our communities too much over the past 20 years. The Rural Strong Network creates a space to engage people on what it means to help our communities thrive. We lift-up information and tools to bring people together, increase investments and access to resources for our communities that create good paying jobs, access to education, health care, childcare and opportunities that will make positive change.
We are dedicated to helping those who will make sure rural people have a seat at the tables of power and are committed to making government work for all of us. We support people who will hold accountable those who would stand in the way of our opportunities to have healthy and happy families and communities.

We are building the Rural Strong brand for rural Americans to start a different conversation with friends and neighbors about what it means to stand up for our communities and make government work. We have what you need to show the world that you’re Rural Strong -Building Homegrown Prosperity together. We have shirts, bumper stickers, yard signs and more. Every product is proudly made in the United States with union labor and carbon neutral manufacturing. We’re adding new products all the time, so check back often.
We are also working to get donations to provide rural people and organizations for free because we know cost is an issue. Please contact us if you know donors who would be willing to help provide signs/bumper stickers for free to those who sign up or if your organization would like to buy wholesale.

Our Vision For the Future
We are rural. We are dedicated to helping rural people help our communities thrive. We understand the challenges that we face. By providing tactics, tools and training to individuals, existing groups and efforts, we’ll leverage our assets and networks to swiftly deploy resources and support targeted efforts in rural areas to support community leaders, build community resources, and ultimately, build a national voice for rural America. We believe that the future of rural communities is intertwined with the election of leaders who will advocate for and successfully implement policies that make government work for all of us.
